Yes, I know Undyne has shown interest in girls, but there isn't any evidence that states she's into girls ONLY. Not even Toby himself said it. She could very well be bi/pan with a preference to girls or even homoflexible. I personally see her as demisexual (reason here: undyrus-forever.tumblr.com/pos… ), but if you want to see her as otherwise, that's up to you.

Also, name a scene in the game where she shows disinterest in guys.
